OUR STORY
Born from a journey that spans from a childhood in Belgium in a Vietnamese household (in which food was the primary language of love) to almost a decade spent on the bustling streets of New York, NYYÓ is Nam’s modern tribute to his Vietnamese roots.
Located in the heart of Brussels, we’ve moved away from the traditional culinary scripts to offer a sharing-style menu where contemporary techniques meet authentic Vietnamese flavors.
Our plates are best enjoyed when shared with loved ones, coming together to create a vibrant, communal dining experience that feels like home — just a bit louder.
